Caroline Lobdell Awarded the ENR Section’s Annual Award
On January 26, 2023, the ENR Section presented Caroline Lobdell with the Section’s Annual Award, which recognizes an Oregon lawyer for leadership, service, and outstanding contributions to environmental and natural resource law. The award event gathering was hosted at the law offices of Stoel Rives and well attended by section members, faculty from Lewis and Clark Law School, law students, as well as many other bar members. Caroline Lobdell, who is the Executive Director of the Western Resources Legal Center, was recognized by several of her colleagues and mentors for her contributions to education, diversity, and achieving outstanding results for clients on environmental and natural resource law matters.

The ENR Section is seeking nominations for its 2022 annual award, which recognizes an Oregon lawyer for leadership, service, and outstanding contributions to environmental and natural resources law. Past award recipients include Richard Glick (2021), Susan Jane Brown (2020), Janet Neuman (2019), Joan Snyder (2018), Stephanie Parent (2017), Scott Horngren (2016), Brett VandenHeuvel (2015), Martha Pagel (2014), Richard Whitman (2013), and Tom Lindley (2012).
The ENR Sections encourage you to submit nominations for the 2022 award as early as possible by filling out the nomination form (click here) and emailing it to Dominic Carollo at [email protected].
